In the app (recommended)
- Open ExoKeeper → Profile (我的) → Settings
- Tap Privacy & Data
- Tap Delete account and confirm
This will delete your Firebase sign-in, remove cloud backup (if any), and wipe care data on this device.
This action cannot be undone. Export a JSON backup first if you want to keep your records.
Guest mode (no account)
If you use ExoKeeper without signing in, there is no cloud account to delete. To remove all local data, use Reset this device at the bottom of Privacy & Data, or uninstall the app.
Active subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel in:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions

Email support@eternalbar.com from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing manual deletion requests.

- 进入 隐私与数据
- 点击 注销账号 并确认
访客模式请使用页面底部的 重置此设备,或直接卸载应用。注销账号不会自动取消 App Store / Google Play 订阅,请在系统订阅管理中取消。
