1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ExoKeeper mobile application and related services (“Service”) provided by ZALE MART LTD (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using ExoKeeper, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ExoKeeper helps exotic-pet keepers:
- maintain pet profiles and enclosure parameters;
- log feeding, weight, shedding, cleaning, and health-related care events;
- view growth trends and care history;
- receive local care reminders on your device;
- browse a built-in species library;
- optionally use AI-assisted care insights and chat;
- optionally back up data to the cloud (Premium); and
- optionally participate in referral rewards when signed in.
Features may change, improve, or be discontinued. Beta or preview features may be less reliable.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country, e.g., 16 in parts of the EEA) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Accounts & guest mode
- Guest mode: you may use core features without creating an account. Data stays in a guest scope on your device.
- Registered account: optional sign-in via email, Google, or Apple enables cloud backup, referrals, and cross-device restore.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity on your device.
- You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions & purchases
ExoKeeper offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Plus and Pro) processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by us.
- Prices, billing period, and features are shown in-app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple/Google subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
- Free tiers may include limits on pets, AI messages, or cloud backup as described in-app.
6. Referral program
When signed in, you may share invite codes. Rewards (extra pet slots, AI credits) are subject to in-app limits and anti-abuse rules. We may modify or end the program at any time. Fraudulent or self-referrals may result in forfeiture of rewards or account action.
7. Your content & data ownership
- You own your data. Pet records, logs, photos, and notes you enter remain yours.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (e.g., cloud backup, AI responses).
- You represent that you have rights to any photos or content you upload and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems;
- circumvent subscription, AI quota, or referral limits;
- upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property;
- misrepresent veterinary emergencies or rely on the app as a substitute for professional care.
9. AI features — important
ExoKeeper AI uses automated systems (Google Gemini via Firebase) to generate suggestions based on your inputs and logs.
- AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
- AI is not a veterinarian and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
- You are solely responsible for decisions about animal care and for seeking licensed veterinary help when needed.
10. Species library & educational content
Species profiles and care guidance are for general information. Husbandry needs vary by individual animal, locale, and veterinarian advice. Always verify critical parameters (temperature, humidity, diet) for your specific animal.
11. Intellectual property
ExoKeeper, its branding, UI, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app as intended. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
12. Third-party services
The Service integrates Firebase, Google/Apple sign-in, Google Gemini AI, and store billing. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CARE REMINDERS WILL ALWAYS FIRE AT THE EXACT TIME YOU EXPECT.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR ANIMAL HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time, delete your account in Settings, or uninstall the app.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
- Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in California, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app.

您输入的养护数据归您所有。您可在「设置 → 隐私与数据」中导出、重置设备或注销账号。
